We are a fee based IFA practice. Our fees can be agreed either using a flat rate or an hourly rate, the choice is yours. Either way we will provide confirmation of what we will charge you in advance of any work we undertake.
It may be possible for you to offset any fees with commission that may be received from some of the recommendations we make. We can discuss this with you in more detail, once we have assessed your requirements.
For an initial meeting we charge a fee of £95. This covers the meeting and our time in reporting back to you with a brief overview of what we can do and the likely cost of future work should you wish to use our services.
Typically, we will take servicing commission towards the cost of carrying out regular reviews of your portfolio.
