Benefits Review

This is usually the starting point for any new client relationship. We undertake a complete review of all existing arrangements in order to assess the ongoing suitability, cost effectiveness and compliance with current/anticipated future legislation. We determine what your employees value and provide recommendations and implement any changes to address this and maximise the impact of what you spend.

Ongoing Advice

Our experienced team of Financial Advisers are available to provide personal, ongoing advice to both the company and its employees. We keep our clients updated with the relevant changes in legislation that impact upon the company, the employees or the benefit arrangements, reviewing our advice where appropriate.

Scheme Administration

Our capable team of administrators work closely with our clients and their benefit providers to ensure cost effective and smooth running of their arrangements. Although any member of the team may work on your benefits, we appoint one designated individual to be your nominated contact with overall responsibility. Our experience is that this approach provides our clients with consistent levels of service where our staff take personal ownership for your work.
